DECIDE aimed to gain a better understanding of how energy communities and energy efficiency services were established and managed, and to test and transfer knowledge in pilot projects across Europe.

Prospex Institute supports research partners in engaging with key stakeholders for replication, policy-making and upscaling, mapping relevant stakeholders in energy communities legislation and organising workshops in demonstration sites.
