PI ENGAGEMENT
Prospex Institute develops tailored strategies to foster inclusive stakeholder participation, co-developing approaches that align with project goals and local decision-making processes. As a stakeholder engagement consultancy, we scale our engagement activities to best achieve the project’s objectives and fit the needs of the consortium. This can involve both internal engagement within the consortium and the strategic engagement of external stakeholders.
